How Much Is A Russian Tourist Visa UK?

A single entry Russian tourist visa currently costs £101.40 for UK and Irish passport holders. Prices for EU countries are currently £68.40. This price covers the official processing fees and excludes additional costs you may need or wish to purchase, such as; Russian tourist voucher and confirmation if you do not already have one and a Russian tourist visa support service unless you intend to do everything yourself.

Single or Double Entry Russian Tourist Visa - Russian tourist visas for UK, irish and EU nationals are available for single and double entry only, there are no multi entry options available. In both cases the date of first entry and date of last exit can be no more than 30 days apart.

 

Are Visas to Russia available online? - You cannot apply for a visa to Russia online.  However, you must complete and submit your official Russian visa application form online and then attend the visa centre to formally submit your application and supporting documents.  Whilst there you will also need to provide your fingerprints and pay your official embassy fees.

How long will it take to get a Russian tourist visa? - It is possible in some cases to get your Russian toursit visa within as a little as 3 business days but that's if you are willing to act swiftly and incur extra fees for speedy processing where available. As a more general rule of thumb it will usually take 25 business days to get your tourist visa to Russia from the UK. This time is broken down as follows:

  • 2 days to complete your official Russian visa application and prepare all supporting documents
  • 1 day to attend the visa centre to pay your official fees and provide your fingerprints
  • 20 days for the VFS centre to process your application
  • 2 days for your passport to be sent back to you via secure DX mail

Must I visit the visa centre for my Russian visa application? - Yes. If you are 12+ years old you will need to attend one of the three UK visa centres. Whilst at the visa centre you will need to pay your official processing fees (these cannot be paid online), submit your official application and supporting documents and provide your fingerprints.
